The team developed a model that consisted of seven teams intended to promote collaboration and problem-solving. Each team was established deliberately allowing students from all professions to participate in a meaningful way. Each team had ownership of a different element in the patient care process, which ultimately provides students from every profession the opportunity to better understand the scope of each healthcare profession and the role of each member in on the team. The seven teams are outlined in the table below. Teams may include different combinations of the professions dependent on the focus of the clinic and the patients' needs.

• Additional HIPAA certifications
• Volunteer consent forms
• Patient sensitivity training 
• Team-based training review for each profession
