CONNECT

For students, faculty, and institutional partners. Meet the team, visit the ILB.

Interprofessional Education at the University of Oklahoma Health Campus (OUHC) is built on connection: between learners, educators, clinicians, and communities. Whether you are a student exploring opportunities, a faculty member looking to collaborate, or a partner interested in working together, we welcome meaningful engagement.

STUDENTS

Students across the University of Oklahoma Health Campus participate in interprofessional learning throughout their academic journey.

Students may connect with the IPE team for:

  • Questions about required or elective IPE learning experiences
  • Guidance on simulations, clinics, and experiential learning
  • Transcript notation, academic recognition, and graduation cords
  • Leadership opportunities connected to interprofessional initiatives

Students are encouraged to work first with their program or college advisors and may contact the IPE office for campus‑wide interprofessional education support.

FACULTY

Faculty play a central role in advancing interprofessional education at OUHC.

Faculty may connect with the IPE team for:

  • Interprofessional teaching and facilitation opportunities
  • Educational innovation and curriculum development
  • Faculty development programs and certificates
  • Program evaluation, scholarship, and reporting support
  • Use of institutional tools and assessment resources

Faculty are supported through structured development, consultation, and collaboration opportunities aligned with institutional priorities.

INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERS

OUHC collaborates with clinical sites, educational institutions, and community organizations to advance interprofessional practice and education.

Institutional partners may connect with the IPE team to:

  • Explore educational or clinical partnerships
  • Request community outreach or engagement teams
  • Collaborate on interprofessional initiatives or events
  • Align shared missions related to workforce development and health outcomes

Partnerships are guided by mutual goals, community‑identified needs, and sustainable collaboration.
